If you're a foodie, you’ll be stoked by the shabu shabu available at nearby Garum Bistro—an absolute game changer! The location is prime, just a short stroll from iconic spots. The staff are genuinely helpful. Loved the gorgeous design of the hotel. a hidden gem in the heart of Santiago!
However, a cheeky word about the room design, the glass shower cubicle lacks privacy and at night, that often bright light from the bathroom could disturb your partner.

modern industrial decor, unique bathroom design, outdoor terrace views
Absolutely ridiculous room design with far too many mirrors and little bathroom privacy!!! The entrance is cold and uninviting, resembling a concrete bunker!!! Prepare for constant noise from neighboring guests, especially in sparsely furnished rooms!!!

the ‘picnic’ breakfast was a total joke, just juice and a mini muffin—seriously disappointing. also, those emergency lights shining all night? thanks for the sleepless night. expecting a room upgrade for my trouble wouldve been nice but i guess they don’t care about delicate guests!

Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Wi-Fi was weak, and no tea making facilities in room.

The Economy Double or Twin Room was clean and had a comfy bed, but the design left a bit to be desired. I was really surprised by the bathroom setup—no privacy at all with glass panels and a door that felt awkward. The room itself was sparse, almost too minimalistic for my taste. Thankfully, the location was a nice peaceful spot, and the breakfast was delicious!
